Need to convert or shrink something we do not have a page for? Tell us what the file is and where it has to go, and we will look at building it. Most pages on this site started as a request like this.

What happens next

Every message is read by a person. Requests that come up more than once, and ones a browser can handle without uploading anything, get built first. If you left an email, you will hear back when there is something to say.

Please do not attach or paste private documents. We only need the file type, the destination and what went wrong.
